Diversions is once again offering you an over-the-top kind of day beginning with a  before-hours docent tour at the Philadelphia Museum of Art of an extraordinary exhibition “Picasso and the Avant-Garde in Paris. ’ It showcases the Museum’s extraordinary collection of paintings, sculptures, prints and drawings by this legendary artist and many of his celebrated contemporaries, such as Georges Braque, Marc Chagall, and Fernand Leger. Still on a high from our experience with Picasso, our coach whisks us away to Philly’s famed Reading Market for lunch on your own. Then at your leisure you can stroll over  with ticket in hand to the world’s most colorful floral presentation at the Philadelphia Flower Show. This year’s show is your “Passport to the World.” You’ll be

transported to destinations all over the globe…India, with a shower of flowers in an Indian wedding scene. …The Netherlands with its rainbow of blooms in a floating flower market filled with over 100, 000 blooms…Brazil with a canopy of sparkling waterfalls, tropical flora and wildlife. A World  Bazaar features exotic and decorative shops and a bustling Garden  Marketplace will offer home décor and take home items to get your garden started. Saturday, March 6 @ $148  7:00 AM Depart for Philadelphia serving a full breakfast and we leave the Flower Show at 3:30 p.m. serving wine, snacks and an intriguing video for a 5:30 p.m. arrival in Baltimore.
