So here at Lincoln Center is our ballet lover’s dream come true for girls of all ages!

Delight in A Midsummer Night’ s Dream ...the magical and humorous story of a fairy kingdom and the humans that enter into it and also experience these marvelous exclusive behind the scenes opportunities...

           Meet The Dancer...Experience ballet from the other side of the footlights. A NYCB dancer will share insights into the life of a dancer and talk about the performance you’ll see. She’ll share interesting moments from the history of both NYCB and their home, the David H. Koch Theater. You’ll also have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to view the breathtaking auditorium from onstage.

              Dress Makes the Dance...Behind-the-scenes glimpse into NYCB’s costume department.

          The Costume Shop Director will give an exciting look at some of the exquisite intricately detailed costumes and how they’re made.
You’ll also see how they are stored and made ready for performances and gain insights into the design, creation and maintenance.

                A Midsummer Night’s Dream At 2 pm we’ll take our wonderful seats for Balanchine’s timeless choreography that brings to life this tale of merry romance, mischievous make-believe and mistaken identity with luscious sets and costumes and a cast of over 100 dancers.

            
            The New York City Ballet Gift Shop A fabulous collection of gifts, music, books and collectible items...even autographed pointe shoes previously worn by members of the company.

We depart at 7am serving a full Diversions breakfast. Before the matinee you’ll have time to lunch on your own at the theater and
visit the gift shop. After the performance we’ll depart New York enjoying open bar, hors d’oeuvres, Carnegie Deli dinner and a movie.

Arrive home @ 8:30 pm.
